If any purchased tool, subscription, account, or digital service stops working, experiences technical issues, or becomes inaccessible during the promised replacement warranty period, we will first attempt to provide a replacement.

– Service access issues
– Subscription access problems
– Unexpected account restrictions
– Product malfunction during warranty period

If a replacement is available, it will be provided before any refund request is considered.

2. Warranty Coverage

Each product may include a specific replacement warranty period mentioned on the product page or communicated before purchase.

– 7 Days Replacement Warranty
– 15 Days Replacement Warranty
– 30 Days Replacement Warranty

The customer is eligible for replacement support only within the stated warranty period.

After the warranty period expires, replacement obligations automatically end.

3. Refund Eligibility

✔ The issue occurs during the active replacement warranty period.

✔ A suitable replacement cannot be provided.

If a replacement is successfully provided, no refund will be issued.

4. Partial Refund Calculation

If a refund becomes necessary and replacement is not possible, the refund amount will be calculated fairly.

The following factors may be deducted:

– The actual cost of the product/service paid by DigitalTools.com.pk to the supplier or provider.
– The value of the period already used by the customer.
– Transaction, processing, or operational costs where applicable.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.

5. Subscription Duration Policy

If a subscription ends earlier than the promised duration and replacement is not available, unused time will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Example:

If a 30-day subscription stops working after 27 days:

– The customer has already used 27 days.
– The remaining 3 days will be calculated proportionally.
– The value of the unused period may be refunded or credited.

Customers may choose either:

✔ Refund for the remaining unused period.

OR

✔ Credit adjustment toward a future purchase or renewal.

6. Renewal Credit Option

For customer convenience, DigitalTools.com.pk may offer account credit instead of a direct refund.

Example:

If a customer loses 3 unused days from a subscription, the value of those unused days may be adjusted in the customer’s next renewal or future purchase.

This option is completely voluntary and may be selected by the customer.

7. Company or Provider Side Issues

Certain products depend on third-party providers and platforms.

DigitalTools.com.pk cannot control:

– Platform policy changes
– Service suspensions
– Global outages
– Provider restrictions
– Provider-side account actions

In such situations, we will attempt to provide a replacement wherever possible.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

– Change of mind after purchase
– Failure to read product details before purchase
– Customer misuse of the product
– Violation of product usage guidelines
– Password sharing or unauthorized account sharing
– Device compatibility issues on the customer side
– Internet or network problems on the customer side
– Issues occurring after the replacement warranty period has ended

– Bank Transfer
– Store Credit
– Other approved methods
